SPECIAL PURPOSE GAUGES
STANDARD TEST GAUGES Dial sizes: 150 & 250mm. Connections 1/2"bsp standard. Direct bottom, surface bottom, flush panel with clamp or 3 hole fixing. Mirror Scale with Accuracy: 0.25% All ranges upto 1000bar or 15,000lbf/in2.
OXYGEN USE GAUGES Oxygen under pressure when in contact with oil or grease can lead to a high risk of explosion. It is imperative that extreme care is always taken in the manufacture, testing and installation of oxygen gauges to avoid any oil contamination. Oxygen gauges must be of the safety pattern type and have Use No Oil symbol printed clearly on the dial. Dial sizes available:        63, 100, 160 & 250mm
COMPOUND GAUGES For use when both vacuum and pressure need to be   measured on the same gauge.
Standard ranges –1/+1, -1/+2, -1/+4, -1/+7, -1/+11 bar+psi are are available.
Available in most dial sizes, case materials & connection sizes.
ELECTRICAL CONTACT GAUGES Electrical contacts can be fitted to many gauges to provide an electrical switch. Magnetic contacts are use where   vibration is present. Contact options are:-

MOR     Single contact making on rise
BOR     Single contact breaking on rise
MBOR  Double contacts, first making on rise, second       breaking on rise.
BMOR  Double contacts, first breaking on rise, second     making on rise.
MMOR  Double contacts both making on rise
BBOR   Double contacts both breaking on rise

DIFFERENTIAL GAUGES Used to measure the difference between two pressure or vacuum sources or two parts of a system. Application includes connection across a filter, to show when filter  requires changing, or across an orifice to indicate flow. Available to suit dial sizes:    100 & 160mm
FULL SAFETY PATTERN GAUGES For use with gases and steam above 25 bar. A solid baffle wall, blow-out back and safety glass or Acrylic windows are used to direct escaping pressure out of the back of the gauge to prevent operator injury in the event of gauge failure. Dial sizes available:    100, 160 & 250mm
GROUT GAUGE Used when a conventional gauge may become blocked by thick liquids or by solids carried within liquids. Most dial sizes & ranges upto 20bar available.
CAPSULE LOW PRESSURE GAUGES Used to measure low and very low gaseous pressures or vacuum. These gauges utilise a bellows type capsule sensing element rather than the standard bourdon tube element. Dial sizes available:   63, 100 & 160mm. Ranges 2.5mbar to 800mbar
